Cougars Fall on the Road at College of Southern Maryland
Frederick Community College men's soccer battled hard in La Plata but came up short in a 2–0 loss to the College of Southern Maryland Hawks on Tuesday afternoon. The Cougars (1-6-1, 0-4-1 Region 20) generated plenty of offense with 20 total shots and six on frame, led by Omar Aguilar's six attempts, but could not find a breakthrough against Hawks keeper Brandon Rollins.
Frederick's defense held firm despite heavy second-half pressure, and goalkeeper Casey Cutshall finished with three saves. The Cougars will look to bounce back at home on Thursday, September 25 at 4:30 p.m. when they host Prince George's Community College.
