Wye Mills, Md.- A total team effort for the FCC volleyball team on Tuesday night carried the Cougars past the Skipjacks of Chesapeake College. The Cougars swept the Skipjacks 3-0 (25-16, 25-13, 25-7) and run their winning streak to seventeen!
FCC's Amy Gust, Erica Buls, Emily Rabat, Jackie Burns, and Azeen Farahani had four kills in the victory. Colleen Weant and Burns were "locked-in" serving throughout the match registering six and four aces respectively. Victoria Bryan handed out seventeen assists.
The Cougars continue to play solid volleyball winning 43 out of their last 44 sets! FCC sports an overall record of 17-1 and remain perfect in the MD JUCO at 8-0.
UP NEXT: FCC will travel to Harford Community College on Thursday night to take on the Fighting Owls. First serve is set for 6:00 PM.
