Kevin Conley has served as the head coach of the Frederick Community College men’s soccer program since December 3, 2025, bringing more than two decades of experience and a deep connection to the Frederick County soccer community. Known for his commitment to player development, program building, and competitive success, Conley has established a strong reputation across the high school, club, and youth levels.

Conley previously served as the varsity boys’ soccer coach at Walkersville High School, where he became the program’s all-time winningest coach. During his tenure, he led the team to a county championship, two conference titles, and multiple regional final appearances. His success earned him Frederick County Coach of the Year honors as well as Mid-Maryland Athletic Conference (MACS) Coach of the Year recognition.

He also played an integral role in revitalizing Walkersville’s girls’ soccer program as an assistant coach, helping expand the junior varsity program, support program growth, and contribute to a conference championship season and top regional seeding.

At the club level, Conley brings more than 15 years of experience with FC Frederick and Frederick Excel, coaching boys’ U15–U19 teams to multiple league championships, including two President’s Cup titles and a regional final appearance. He has accumulated more than 200 career club wins and played an instrumental role in the merger that formed FC Frederick, where he also served in leadership roles including Vice President and Equipment Director.

Conley holds a U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) “B” License and has completed extensive coaching education through U.S. Soccer. His impact extends beyond the field through his work as a leader in youth soccer development with the Greater Velocity Athletic Association (GVAA) and Rocky Hill Middle School. As Soccer Co-Commissioner for GVAA, he helped establish year-round programming and launch the Lions Select tournament teams.

A member of the Frederick County Soccer Hall of Fame, Conley has also served as president, helping re-establish the Frederick County Senior All-Star Showcase and co-founding the Lescalleet-Sheffler Scholarship, which supports graduating soccer student-athletes across the county.

With deep roots in the local soccer community and a strong emphasis on character, accountability, and academic success, Conley is dedicated to building a competitive and student-centered men’s soccer program at Frederick Community College. He also oversees both soccer programs, providing unified leadership and direction for the College’s soccer initiatives.
