Cougars Overpowered on the Road at Harford

Frederick Community College men's soccer endured a tough afternoon in Bel Air, dropping a 10–0 decision to Region 20 rival Harford Community College on Saturday. The Cougars (1-8-1, 0-6-1 Region 20) found themselves on the defensive early as the Fighting Owls scored six times in the first half and added four more after the break. Despite the lopsided score, goalkeeper Thomas McCaffery battled for 70 minutes and made six saves against 16 shots on goal. FCC created a handful of chances of its own, recording five total shots with Fabian Alcarraz Espinoza and Yeiferson Mendez each putting one on target.

The Cougars will look to regroup at home on Tuesday, September 30 at 4:30 p.m. when they host the Allegany College of Maryland Trojans.
