FCC Athletics Announces Face Mask Policy for Basketball Seasons

FREDERICK, Md. – Frederick Community College Athletics is looking forward to hosting Cougar fans for the upcoming basketball seasons with seating at full capacity.

Following Frederick Community College health directives, the following COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place for fans attending basketball games in the Athletics Center on the campus of FCC:

• Individuals are required to wear masks indoors in all FCC campus buildings. With this policy in place, masks must be worn by everyone in attendance when in an indoor area of FCC Athletics Center.
• For the safety of all guests and staff, working gameday personnel will be required to wear a mask in all indoor areas of the FCC Athletics Center.

These protocols will be in effect with the start of the first basketball scrimmage scheduled for November 6, 2021. FCC men's and women's basketball teams will begin regular season play on November 20^th when they host Allegany College.
