Frederick Dominates Allegany in 65-45 Victory at Home

Frederick Community College delivered a strong performance on Saturday afternoon, defeating Allegany College of Maryland 65-45 at home to improve to 3-6 on the season and 2-4 in conference play. 

The Cougars set the tone early, jumping out to a 17-12 lead in the first quarter and extending their advantage to 35-20 by halftime with an impressive second-quarter surge. 

Trinity Lindblade led the offensive charge with 22 points, including four three-pointers, while adding six assists and seven steals to fuel Frederick's transition game. 

Maylee Regan contributed 15 points and seven rebounds, and Heaven Murray chipped in 12 points and seven assists to keep the offense balanced. Frederick's defense was relentless, forcing 26 turnovers and converting them into scoring opportunities, while holding Allegany to just 32.1 percent shooting from the field. 

With this decisive win, the Cougars look to carry momentum into their next matchup on the road against Anne Arundel Community College on December 10 at 5 PM.
