Cougar Pride

Frederick Women's soccer has a history of athletic and academic success. 

The Woman’s Soccer program made its first appearance in the Region XX NJCAA Division III Regional playoffs in 2013 with home field advantage vs the opponent Anne Arundel Community College.  Additionally, many Lady Cougar alumni have been honored for their successes on and off the soccer field.

2013: As a freshman saw action in all 20 games of 2013 … closed out the season with seven points with three goals and one assist … part of the 2013-14 USA South All-Academic Team.

Previous School: Attended Frederick Community College and played soccer.

High School: A 2012 graduate of Middletown … played soccer all four years … a member of the honor roll every semester … coached by Heather Kline.

PersonalParents are Ken and Katie Poindexter … majoring in special education.

Personal: The daughter of Curt and Susan Suprock... majoring in art... her brother, Andy, played soccer at Lebanon Valley College.
