FCC Losing Skid Hits Three in 26-1 Loss to Fighting Owls

BEL AIR, Md. – The Frederick Community College women's lacrosse team traveled to No. 2 Harford Community College of Friday night to square off against the Fighting Owls. Harford CC defeated FCC by the score of 26-1. With the loss, FCC falls to 2-5 (MD JUCO 1-3) on the year as Harford CC improves to 6-1 (5-0 MD JUCO).

Harford CC jumped on the board just 37 seconds into the contest on a goal by Julianna Andrus and the Fighting Owls never looked back from that point. They took a 14-1 advantage after 30 minutes of play. FCC's lone goal of the game was scored by Lillian McPheeters at the 20:22 mark in the first half. Twelve different players from Harford found the back of the net. Erin Dean led Harford with four goals in the victory.

FCC will return to action on Tuesday (4/10/18) when they host the Knights from CCBC Essex. The opening draw is set for 5:00 P.M.
