Burnett Shines With Career Day in Victory Over Manor College

JENKINSTOWN, Pa. – Have a day Juwan Burnett! The sharp-shooting forward had himself quite a game on Tuesday night, scoring a season-high 37 points as the Cougars defeated Manor College, 106-96. As of late, the Cougars have been lighting up the scoreboard, tallying 209 points in their last two games. FCC improves to 10-15 on the season.

Burnett (13-of-17 FGs) had the hot hand, leading the Cougars to victory. The 37 points was a season-high for him. Back on December 14th vs. Thomas Nelson, he poured in 30 points.

Southpaw CJ Williams continues his consistent play as he poured in 21 points on 8-of-11 shooting from the floor. Big man Domantas Sakickas connected on five field goals, tallying 14 points. The point guard duo of Christian Knox and Devon Knaub chipped in with 13 and 10 points.

The Cougars scorched the nets hitting on 37-of-64 shots from the floor, including 12-of-25 from beyond the arc.

FCC will return to the hardwood on 2/22 as they travel to Allegany College to take on the Trojans. Tipoff is slated for 7:00 PM.
